It's been pretty chilly here lately, at least for our part of the world. And this morning we woke up to a dusting of snow!
Beautiful spring. Love the color.
The snow looks so pretty. We've been getting little spits of snow all day. Tonight it is supposed to be very stormy. I will have daffodils soon. They are starting to poke up through the mulch.
I love those little daffodils. Mine have just started to peek their heads out and I'm afraid this cold snap might not be the best thing for them after a week of warm temps. It is still February and I hate to say it but I just might like another small dusting of snow before spring.
Love your daffies! I bought some hyacinths and tulips today!
Beautiful daffodils! We had snow flurries most of the day before it started snowing in earnest just before dark. I'm hopeful that it will be gone in just a few days as temps in the 60's are predicted for next week. Right now it's 1F with a much lower windchill. Brrrrr. I'm ready for spring. I would love spring for all year round. :-)Blessings,Betsy
thank you for the cheerful pot of daffodils, so so pretty!
Judy you promise? We are under 4 new inches of snow. But the sun is out and I am sitting 1ike a cat, in the sunshine. I'm trying to make good use of the indoor knitting time that I don't get when I am working the garden in Summer. Just one day in the 70s wou1d be such a comfort!kath
Jonquils are the harbingers of Spring! Very pretty.
The snow doesn't look so bad from over the daffodils!
