Nifty GourdsSince yesterday was my sister's birthday, I can finally show my finished mystery Socks which she says fit just fine. I really like this Through the Loops pattern and will probably knit it again in a solid color so the pretty pattern shows up better.
Happy Birthday, Jane!Yesterday Jill sent a couple of photos of the grandkids using the "city map" quilt that I made a few years back. She said David and Sophia had fun playing on it, and it's always nice to hear that something you've made is being used
"Watch this locomotive go, David."And even Daniel seems to be enjoying the quilt/map. He sure has gotten a lot stronger these past few weeks!

Those are some very cute grandkids!!! Love that little quilt. I made one for my grandsons too - not too sure where it is though - will have to ask the parents. lol

Glad to see the gourds on your table. I had some on ours too along with little corn and colored leaves (from WalMart!!). Also the same color green candles...are you sure we weren't at the same Thanksgiving dinner?

OK! So much to catch up on! Indeed it IS wonderful when you see that someone loves something you have made...and Daniel looks GREAT in that hat....and I too feel a bit stressed that Christmas is in three weeks and nothing is made...AAAAGHH!
Judy, Cute table arrangement and you know it is the camera that makes the candles look wonky to you. Cute socks and as usual aodrable grandkids! They grow up much to quickly.
