Modeling the Wares

Lots of projects are happening here but since some of them are gifts, I can't show them now. Fortunately Jill sent me these photos of Daniel and David modeling some of my creations.
Our Happy Boy!
Doesn't Daniel look cute in that hat? It's a good thing the sweater was finished and delivered in October because he is growing so fast that this won't fit very long.

Since chilly days have returned to Chicago, David has rediscovered his dinosaur sweater and pronounced it, "The best sweater in the world." Thank you, David!

Better late than never, my TUSAL jar really does have something other than yarn in it. In fact, in this photo you can see a piece of boning from when I made a nursing cover for Jill. And squashed in between the yarn are snippets of embroidery thread from the Gail Pan Christmas BOM which isn't going to be done this year even though it's coming along. Two family weddings in the spring of 2010 (our younger daughter and her cousin, our only niece) are going to turn my creative efforts in a different direction come January.

Great pictures of happy kids.

The turkeys on your blog header bring back memories of having to carry a stick every time we went outside at grandma's. She had this big, mean old tom turkey that would chase and peck us, if we didn't fight it off. When Thanksgiving rolled around, Old Tom ended up as the main course, and I've never eaten a tougher turkey in my life.

Hi Judy, I love those sweaters you talented lady. Especially the dino one. Those boys are so cute. I think are bunnies have gone underground around here. I did see a bobcat chasing on in our back yard. That was the day after I had met you. The bunny won!!!!!. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Sharon

What a great smile the baby has: he's a perfect knitwear model. It's nice that David can wear his favorite sweater again. They do grow fast, and those knitted items have to get some wear before they're outgrown.

How fun - perfect models for your perfect knitting!! What beautiful smiles they share in their favorite woolens! :-) As quickly as they grow, you could be in a constant knit cycle, don't you know? But will your tusal hold it?
