Guess who came for breakfast?

What's to eat?
As I was sitting at the computer this morning, Dick said, "Come to the dining room NOW!" And guess what was peering in the window?
Mmmmm, these are really yummy!

He was not alone but had 3 friends who were sampling the tasty treats in our garden! Later they walked right past the computer room window and went over to the neighbor's house to check their wares.
Hey, these restaurants are great!

Oh,Judy, that are great photos! But now you must watch out,...when the deers will come for a meal every day, you have a problem in your garden!!!In our region, the deers come in a very snowy winter in the garden!
You ask me about the blue plant:It's a delphinum!!!
Wish you a nice sunday,Ulla

Hi Judy, I hear you've been getting alittle sunshine!!!What cute photos of the deer family, especially the velvet on the little guys antlers. All our deer are hiding now, keeping the babies in the deep woods. Hope you're enjoying your weekend...

They are NOT cute, they are interlopers!
Well...o.k.....they are cute. And their natural habitat, alas, is shrinking. But they cause such heartache to the gardener. That "Deer Out" spray is a help, though.

Meanwhile, those booties in your next post are simply the most darlingest....

I can't believe you get deer in your garden! All we get are birds and naughty squirrels!
The photos are wonderful and I love the booties.

Hi Judy - thanks for visiting my blog, and for your kind words. I will remember the motto of your quilt group and adapt it as my own. The deer are beautiful - such exotic creatures to have wandering into the garden (exotic to me anyway).
