It's Sunny in Seattle!!!

Can you believe it, we've had 3 sunny days in a row, and 2 of them were on the weekend! That, however, has meant that not too much in the way of knitting/stitching or the like has happened here as we've been working in the yard.  I did finish a ruffled scarf for a friend who said she got so frustrated trying to knit one that she threw it away.  It's winging its way to her now, and hopefully she will like it.

Haven't seen this guy since we got back from Chicago. I did chase a bunny today though.

And I am very sad to report that this long-awaited flower lasted less than a week!  It was pretty while it lasted.

And here's another photo of the boys, our new grand nephews.  You can see that they aren't identical a bit better on this one.  Hard to believe they're almost 3 weeks old now!

That's it for now. Happy Wednesday!

So funny! my mother had a hard time with the ruffled scarf and then mailed me the yarn to do one for her, then came out for a visit and asked for a tutorial. They really are something!

Love the deer just sitting there checking you out. hehe. The babies are adorable, look like they are still sleeping nestled together in utero.

The colors in the scarf are lovely. It's too bad the flower didn't last longer after waiting so long, but I guarantee the boys will. lol

Had to laugh when I read you chased a bunny - I do that quite frequently. They can be so destructive.

The babies are adorable. They won't fit in that basket much longer.

Looks like the twins still like being close together for comfort. Such a sweet photo. :-)

That's a great picture of your deer. I took a couple of photos today, but the lighting was not good, so the photos aren't as sharp. I was afraid if I walked closer they would leave.

The frilly scarf is very pretty. I'm sure your friend will love it.
