Guardian of the Floss

Much to her credit, Ginger is protecting the floss for my Christmas SAL. Actually, she is eyeing Dick who was trying to take her picture.

Meanwhile, I was working on this little project, called Sundrop. (You can find the pattern here.) Only around these parts, Raindrop might be more fitting!

Guarding floss is pretty exhausting apparently.

Love the pics of Ginger! Everytime my project bag comes out Clarisse suddenly appears and sets herself right down on top of the works - floss, chart, etc. I think it's actually the material of the bag itself that she's attracted to. In any case I must remove the fur before I start to stitch.

I find that to be true --- so very, very true. After a morning of guarding my floss, I need a nap too.

Cute hat --- for Sophia I assume?

Hey Judy! Since winter has well and truly arrived here, I'm with Ginger ... find a comfy spot, find some threads and stitching ... curl up for the duration! :0) Happy stitching ... er ... napping! Tee! Hee! Hee! Bear Hugs! KRIS

What a precious helper you have! She's doing an admirable job - even if it does call for a short nap. Pretty, pretty sundrop! Some lucky little girl will be delighted!

Cute little sundrop hat!

I hope you get the warm weather soon, ours turned instantly from the 50's to the 80's.

Smiles, Cat

The hat is totally fabulous (and quite unique I should think).

I've just been catching up on your photos and was glad to see some of smiling Daniel. What a handsome birthday boy!

I had a great time with you too. Just got home. Went in search of 5mm tubing and found it at Big 5 on the fishing dept. Surgical tubing no less. So now I am prepared for anything. LOL
