Ready to Take Off!

Here's our newest picture of Sophia wearing her purple hat. Just six months old, she is rarin' to go!

So far, I've knit 3 different hats from these two yarns, and it looks like there's still enough left for another one. The pattern is from a class I took at So Much Yarn which is up the street from Catherine a bit.

How cute!
Thank you for the nice comments on my website. I was wondering what exactly is a sea lily?

Hi Judy, Of course, sea lily...we call then Crinoids. Yes, I do collect every one I find. I have made a necklace with some, nothing fancy, just a reminder of my lovely walks along the shore with my mom. Thanks for explaining them.I'm glad you enjoy the songs playing. If I had youe addy I would send a picture of the "sea lily necklace".

I love my Lily also much, and her in the year 2000, with very many extras bought.
It makes fun with it to work!

She is beautiful hon! What a proud gramma you must be! My DIL just mis-carried her first, but doc says she is in great health and wants them to try again in a couple of months. We were devestated because this baby was already much loved..

I enjoyed your posts about your trip and fell in love with the Cat's Whiskers! The minute I saw it I had to go hunting for it to purchase for my garden.. I love plants and good thing I have a large back yard.

Thanks hon for all your wonderful posts and stopping by to say hi.. Syd is doing much better and is back to his sweet old self..

Hey Judy,
Thanks for posting on my blog. And what a beautiful smile you have here. Thanks for you comments. I am in Crazy Quilting International for the Round Robin. I am also in a group called Crazy Quilting Sisters and Hand Embroidery. (Kind of addicted, LOL) I am going to do many more blocks like the one they did for me and then eventually make a blanket out of it.

Hi, Judy--

Sophia is adorable!

I have tagged you, which means you are supposed to do the thing that the tag is about. In this case it's write 6 quirky or unimportant things about yourself. You can see my example at http://takingthering.blogspot.com/2008/03/ive-been-tagged.html. However, I think that you don't need to do it if you don't want to.
