This hat is on its way to Minneapolis where there's been a lot happening. My sister just had a huge snowstorm there, so I think this should help keep her warm. Our oldest daughter is stuck in Fargo, Idaho, at the moment. She and her son were there for a swim meet and are snowed in now! Hopefully they will be able to get back home soon!
Schools were closed on Friday because of the snow here in Bellevue, WA. It was also very windy, and lots of trees on the road behind our house were severely damaged. One of trees in our backyard lost a couple of big branches but will survive. I spent my time knitting. Are you surprised? Anyhow, I finished this hat and will donate it to a local charity. The yarn is very fuzzy and has little bits of blue, yellow and pink, but that is hard to see in this photo.

Have a nice day, and stay warm!

We've been watching The Weather Channel all day because of the storms here and saw the big snow out west. Wow....now that's what you call a snowstorm. Even The Weather Channel folks were having trouble keeping upright.
My grands enjoyed the weather a lot more than most of the adults! lol Very pretty hats!!
That weather last week was crazy! I’m happy you survived and I hope your daughter is able to get across the pass soon.
love the hats! it's so cold these days I am back to wearing mine.
Nice hats! our weather has been up and down but thankfully no more snow. I've pretty much been cooped up since Saturday with this cold. But Dave had to drop off my jeep at the mechanics and walk home (five minute walk) yesterday and he said the wind was freezing. Now he's out there changing my snow tires to all seasons so I'm guessing its warmer today! March is Mother Nature's rollercoaster!
